ibetph Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "ibetph" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ibetph.net, including all associated services, features, games, and content.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on ibetph or who accesses the ibetph platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a User on the ibetph platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's ibetph Account, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by ibetph.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by the Player using a supported Philippine Peso payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Platform" refers to the ibetph website, mobile-optimized site, and any associated applications or interfaces through which gaming services are delivered.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to ibetph is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by ibetph before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.

By accessing or using the ibetph platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You have read and agree to ibetph's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of this Agreement;
• You are not accessing ibetph from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

ibetph reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the ibetph platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

3.1 Age Requirement

ibetph is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. ibetph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

ibetph's services are intended for players located in the Philippines. Players accessing ibetph from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not eligible to register or play. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of ibetph complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an ibetph account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID;
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• A valid and active email address;
• A valid Philippine mobile number;
• A secure password of your choosing.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current. ibetph reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one ibetph account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ibetph employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ibetph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed, and confiscate any balances.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ibetph Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ibetph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ibetph's support team immediately. ibetph may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ibetph is required to verify the identity of its players. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any time:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, UMID);
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name).

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ibetph reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which will be communicated to the Player prior to any deduction. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ibetph does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. ibetph reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully verified;
• There must be no outstanding wagering requirements on any active bonus;
• The withdrawal amount must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold;
• The Player must not be under investigation for any suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions.

ibetph offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for all ibetph bonuses is 30x the bonus amount;
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion. Expired Bonus Funds will be automatically removed from the Player's account;
• ibetph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Players may only claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met;
• ibetph reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

All bets placed on ibetph are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. In addition, the following general betting rules apply across all ibetph products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ibetph does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under specific game rules;
• ibetph reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed;
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ibetph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface;
• ibetph reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets at its sole discretion;
• For live sports betting, ibetph reserves the right to suspend markets at any time and to void bets placed after an event's outcome has been determined.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ibetph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all bets, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity or age;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or other player-versus-player formats;
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the ibetph platform;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money Laundering: Using ibetph for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity. ibetph is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to ibetph;
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including through the use of multiple accounts;
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to ibetph's systems, databases, or other players' accounts.

All content on the ibetph platform — including but not limited to the ibetph name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of ibetph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ibetph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ibetph content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ibetph content;
• Use ibetph's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ibetph software or technology.

ibetph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an ibetph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ibetph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and ibetph cannot guarantee absolute data security.

ibetph may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by Philippine law or applicable regulations.

ibetph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. ibetph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set alerts to notify them when they have been playing for a specified period of time;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a longer break may request self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

ibetph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and does not knowingly permit underage individuals to access its platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ibetph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the ibetph platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of ibetph;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the ibetph platform or any part thereof;
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any technical errors, system failures, or connectivity issues beyond ibetph's reasonable control;
• Any decisions made by a Player based on information provided on the ibetph platform.

ibetph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ibetph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ibetph reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to ibetph, other players, or third parties;
• ibetph is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Players may close their ibetph account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable fees and subject to KYC verification) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

ibetph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ibetph will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the ibetph platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ibetph platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using ibetph and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through ibetph's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ibetph's internal dispute resolution process requires Players to submit a formal complaint to the ibetph support team in the first instance. ibetph will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a final resolution within 14 business days.
